We will use the information we collect via our Websites:

We may share your information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who we employ to perform tasks on our behalf. These companies include (for example) our payment processing providers, website analytics companies (e.g., Google

Payments processors:
Payments made on the American Designer Card website are made through PayPal payment gateway provider. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to PayPal which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorizing payment. Information which you supply to PayPal is not within our control and is subject to PayPal own privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Note your payment card details are not shared with us by the provider American Designer Card never (ever!) sees your full Permanent Account Number (PAN). This means that the payment form is either
PCI DSS GDPR Compliance
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) refers to the global information standard set by the payment card industry to assist with the prevention of payment card fraud.
American Designer Card"s most valuable assets are its customers and partners; we value and care about their security, and for this reason we undertook the very rigorous process of becoming PCI DSS certified globally.
American Designer Card warrants that it is PCI DSS compliant and must remain compliant for the duration of this Agreement. American Designer Card partners will store, process and transmit all cardholder data in accordance with the PCI DSS Compliance.
Security
We use appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
SOC 2
American Designer Card have been audited and received a SOC 2 report addressing the security, confidentiality and availability of American Designer Card"s services.
Unfortunately, no website or service can guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. Among other practices, your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone and credit card numbers) that you provide when you place an order, save your information with us or participate in a contest, promotion or survey.
