Vendors, consultants and other service providers:

We may share your information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who we employ to perform tasks on our behalf. These companies include (for example) our payment processing providers, website analytics companies (e.g., Google

Analytics), product feedback or CRM service providers (e.g., Salesforce), email service providers (e.g., Sendgrid) and others.

If American Designer Card receives your Personal Information in the United States and subsequently transfers that information to a third party agent or service provider for processing, American Designer Card remains responsible for ensuring that such third party agent or service provider processes your Personal Information to the standard required by our Privacy Shield commitments (see the sections below headed "Additional Information for Users in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and “International Data Transfers”).

Business Transfers:

We may choose to buy or sell assets, and may share and/or transfer customer information in connection with the evaluation of and entry into such transactions. Also, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

American Designer Card Group Companies:

We may also share your personal data with our parent companies, subsidiaries and/or affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Notice.

Protection of American Designer Card and Others: We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our agreements with you and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of American Designer Card, our employees, our users, or others.

Disclosures for National Security or Law Enforcement:

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Information in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Payments processors:

Payments made on the American Designer Card website are made through PayPal payment gateway provider. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to PayPal which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorizing payment. Information which you supply to PayPal is not within our control and is subject to PayPal own privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Note your payment card details are not shared with us by the provider American Designer Card never (ever!) sees your full Permanent Account Number (PAN). This means that the payment form is either off-site or displayed in a frame on the payment page.

PCI DSS GDPR Compliance

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) refers to the global information standard set by the payment card industry to assist with the prevention of payment card fraud.

American Designer Card"s most valuable assets are its customers and partners; we value and care about their security, and for this reason we undertook the very rigorous process of becoming PCI DSS certified globally.

American Designer Card warrants that it is PCI DSS compliant and must remain compliant for the duration of this Agreement. American Designer Card partners will store, process and transmit all cardholder data in accordance with the PCI DSS Compliance.

Security

We use appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

SOC 2

American Designer Card have been audited and received a SOC 2 report addressing the security, confidentiality and availability of American Designer Card"s services.

Unfortunately, no website or service can guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. Among other practices, your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone and credit card numbers) that you provide when you place an order, save your information with us or participate in a contest, promotion or survey. We also maintain a record of your product interests and your purchases online and in our stores. All the information we collect is given to third parties ONLY if they are involved in completing your order.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

When you make an online purchase from American Designer Card, we use your information to process your order. We will also send you emails to confirm your order, and we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order. In addition, you will be automatically signed up to receive email updates about our products, services, contests, and promotions.

When you save your information with American Designer Card, you will also be automatically signed up to receive email updates. If you participate in a contest or promotion (online or over the phone), you may choose to receive email updates about our products, services, contests, and promotions.

If at any time you would like us to remove you from our email or postal mailing lists, feel free to contact American Designer Card customer service at support@American Designer Card.com .Please be sure to include full name and any other relevant information. If you have previously asked to be removed from our email list, we will not sign you up for email updates if you place an order over the Internet. Please note that it may take up to 8 weeks to remove your from our list.

From time to time, we may also send you emails to help us learn more about your shopping preferences. In addition, we may use information about your product interests and purchases to help us improve our site design and your shopping experience. If you make a purchase online or over the phone, we may also send you notices about our products, services, contests and promotions through postal mail.

To serve you better, we may combine information you give us online and in our stores as card card-body as information about your product interests and purchases. In addition, we may combine information you provide with demographic information that is publicly available. We use this combined information to enhance and personalize your shopping experience with us, and to communicate with you by email or postal mail about our products, services, contests, and promotions that may be of interest to you. THIRD PARTY TRANSACTIONS

We contract with third parties to assist us in maintaining and managing our customer information to fulfill promotions and to communicate with our customers. We do not authorize any of those third parties to make any other use of your information.

In addition, when we team up with another company to offer or provide products, services, contests or promotions, we and the other company may cross-reference our customer databases to identify common customers. We and the other company may use that existing information to identify future promotional opportunities and to fulfill promotional or contractual obligations. When we offer contests and promotions, or join with other companies to do so, customers who choose to participate in those contests and promotions may be asked to provide personal information to participate. That information may then be used by us and any company offering the contest or promotion to notify winners or to fulfill promotional obligations.

If prior to participating in a contest or promotion, you opted not to receive information from us, you may still receive information from or about American Designer Card in connection with the contest or promotion if you choose to participate in it. You may opt not to participate in these contests or promotions if you do not want to receive information about American Designer Card or share your information with us and the other companies sponsoring those contests or promotions.

We also may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable information about you (such as age, gender, and types of products purchased) with our business partners to fulfill our contractual obligations. Except as described above, we do not share, rent or sell any information we collect online to any unaffiliated third party.

ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION

In addition, if you ask us to remove your name and address from our email or postal mailing lists, we will maintain your name in a "do not mail" file to ensure that we can honor your request. International Data Transfers

Personal Information you submit on the Websites or through the Services may be sent to the United States and processed by us there or in other countries, on our service providers" cloud servers. We will always protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Notice wherever it is processed. The Cookie Pro Service is hosted in Microsoft Azure"s data centers in Germany. For other American Designer Card Services, you may choose to have the Service hosted in the E.U. or another region.
