(“AmericanBusinessCard.com,” “we,” “our” and “us”).

“Delivered Product” is the outcome of the processed Order which is created and delivered to the Customer as a delivered product as per their order requirements.
"Site Content" means all of the Content that is made available in connection with the Website, including Your Content, User Content, Third Party Content, and Our Content.
Placing an Order
When placing your order, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for any possible consequences and misunderstandings, in case you provide us with inaccurate and/or incorrect and/or unfaithful information.
Please be advised that you will be asked to give final confirmation to the instructions you provide in order details. Your order requirements should be confirmed in your Order Tracking Area within 3 hours after placing your order (and within 1 hour for orders with urgency less than 24 hours). Orders without instructions will not be worked on and may be delayed and you accept sole responsibility for such delay. AmericanBusinessCard.com guarantees that the delivered Product will meet only confirmed requirements. You must not change the instructions once you have confirmed them. Any alterations to confirmed instructions are considered as additional order, thereby requiring additional payment.

License to use the American Business Card Service
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service and as permitted by the features of the Service. American BusinessCard reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Service and the American Business Card Content (as defined below). American Business Card may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.
Additional terms may apply for any content that you download from, upload to or print from the Service. Any such additional terms will be made available to you prior to initiating any applicable uploads, downloads or prints.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we may make. Any such changes are binding on you.

Fees and Payment Terms
The subscription fees for the duration of your AmericanBusinessCard.com subscription will be the fees that applied when you started your subscription or, if you modify your subscription, the applicable fees at the time of modification. All payments are made upfront and in advance of the relevant billing cycle you choose (e.g., monthly or yearly subscription).
Payments will be processed automatically via the payment method you have chosen. If we cannot process your payment for any reason caused by or attributable to you, and you do not rectify non-payment within any period notified by us, then we may suspend your access to our Service.
We may cancel your AmericanBusinessCard.com subscription and permanently disable access your access to our Service if any payment has been outstanding for more than 7 days. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, licenses, royalties, transactions, or other monetary transaction interactions.
Order Cancellations
All AmericanBusinessCard.com subscriptions will remain active until you initiate a cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email at legal@AmericanBusinessCard.com
American Business Card will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.
If a job is cancelled prior to approval, any labour hours (proofs, graphic design work, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. Cancellation fees prior to approval may be 15%-30% of the total transaction amount, depending on the labour hours and administrative fees involved. The minimum cancellation fee before approval is $15.
Once the order has already gone to print, we will only refund you the shipping. We cannot refund you when your order has been sent to print, because production has already begun.
If a job is cancelled prior to it going to print, any labour hours (proofs, graphic design, etc.) and/or administrative fees (credit card fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. Once the order has been placed successfully, refunds will not be issued for Logo or Design services. For orders between $0 - $49.99: there will be a $5 fee. For orders over $50: a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order will be charged. (A minimum of $15 and a maximum of $500*). *No cap on CC payments over $5000.
All charges related to expedited printing (Rush) or shipping are not refundable, including returned orders for any reason. You must return 100% of the product within 15 days (at your own expense) from the time when the delivery was received.
Since each order is unique to the customer, it has no resale value (once it has been printed). All sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order, free of charge.
Orders on hold due to file or payment issues will be cancelled by American Business Card if no response is received from the customer within two weeks. Charged orders that have been cancelled due to no response will be subject to a cancellation fee, as stated above.
There is a NO REFUND policy for Logo and Graphic Design Service orders that have been placed.
All work and services rendered to Customer remains American Business Card’s property until Customer has paid for it and discharged all other debts owing to American Business Card. If Customer misuses service(s) in any way, American Business Card reserves the right to contact the parties responsible for the misuse and demand the cost of the service(s).
Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise.
We do not generally offer a refund on subscription fees unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment, or as required under California consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. If you would like to request a refund, you should email us at legal@AmericanBusinessCard.com. We will assess refund requests on their merits. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
you have changed your mind about your AmericanBusinessCard.com subscription;
you did not cancel your AmericanBusinessCard.com subscription in time;
We have suspended your access to the AmericanBusinessCard.com Service where we have the right to do so.
We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned. If we decide to issue a refund or credit, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase.
Approvals
Prior to producing the products designed using our templates, we make an electronic proof of the product available for your approval. You are responsible for approving these proofs. You accept that once you have approved the proof, the Products cannot be changed or cancelled. We shall have no liability to you for any errors in the proof subsequently discovered by you.
For order made using your own design files, American Business Card shall not be held liable for errors due to mistakes on files uploaded.
Availability and Delivery
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, your products will be dispatched for delivery in accordance with the delivery service chosen by you during the ordering process. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Where delivery is delayed due to exceptional circumstances, we will complete the work as soon as we reasonably can. Where delivery is not possible as a result of us being provided with the incorrect delivery address details, our delivery service will return the products to us. We reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge for re-despatch of the products to the correct delivery address.
All products will be signed for upon delivery, if anyone other than the intended recipient signs for the product and the product is subsequently not delivered to the intended recipient, we will incur no liability provided that the product was delivered to the address provided by the purchaser.
Non-Delivery by us
You must notify us within 15 days of any failure on our part to deliver the products in order that we can investigate the failure and take appropriate action. Once you have notified us, we will then send you a form to complete and return to us. Once the form is received, we will redeliver the products to you at no further cost or expense to you.
Risk and Title
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will pass to you when delivery has been confirmed by you.
Shipping
American Business Card will arrange for shipping with an appropriate carrier on behalf of the buyer depending on your location and purchased service or products. The Buyer/purchaser will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost. American Business Card will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.
Colour Proofing, Matching & Printing
American Business Card is not liable for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by Customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not colour or density.
American Business Card will try its best to match the gradient density of each colour, but American Business Card is not liable for the final appearance of a colour.
Important: Gang-run printing is the process by which multiple (and different) customer jobs are combined on a large print sheet and are run at the same time. For example, we lay out 65 different customer business cards and postcards on one gang-run sheet, and run the sheet 1000 times to get 65 sets of 1000 cards. Each card set is a different card. This process allows us to spread the expensive initial setup cost of running a full-colour offset print run among 65 customers.
The application of High Gloss UV Coating may affect or change the appearance of printed colours. American Business Card is not liable for the final colour appearance of High Gloss UV-coated products.
