For existing customers who want to begin ordering online, please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-555-2234 or email us to request a Login and Password. This will ensure that all your previous orders are linked with your new, online account.

Can I order postcards online?
Currently, you can not order postcards online. We are working hard to get all of American Business Card's quality products onto the website for easy ordering, and they should be available soon
However, give us a call at 1-800-555-2234 and we will be happy to place your order.

What is your standard turn-around time for orders?
After an approved proof is received by American Business Card, standard turn-around time for the entire process, including printing and shipping is approximately 10-12 business days for ground shipping, 7 business days for 2nd day shipping, and 5-6 business days with overnight shipping.

What are my payment options?
American Business Card gladly accepts all major credit cards, including AMEX, Master Card, Visa and Discover.

How do I view my proof?
When ordering online you will be shown a proof in PDF format. Your approval is necessary before proceeding to checkout. Just click on "I Approve," and you will be able to view your design on the specific product you are interested in.
